I think every blog has to start out with that first awkward post that has more or less nothing to say. In my case it will be easy, and not too embarrassing - no one is following my blog yet. There will be few that read this and hopefully when/if they do they can brush it off as one of those first reports that isn't reporting much of anything. For the next six months I will be living in a group house with 12 other people; we will be cooking and cleaning for each other and working for non-profit societies. We will be a mix of francophones and anglophones and hopefully some of the french speaking part of francophone people brushes off on me. Hopefully.. no guarantees..
I will try my very best to keep this regular, in fact I hope to keep this up for the majority of my time with Katimavik. It will be an easier way to keep in touch when time differences and lack of interest in social networking sets in - as it usually does when I travel.
Please, if you are reading this, come back for more.. it will be better next time, I promise.. there will be more excitement and probably some pictures. Holy jesus, I have so much to do before I leave..
